My Story
My work has grown over time, through building things, leading people, and learning what it actually takes to stay grounded when responsibility is real.

I’ve spent years creating community-driven work, advising founders and teams, and navigating growth in moments where clarity was expected before it fully arrived. Much of that happened in motion — while decisions still had to be made and people still needed direction.

Along the way, I became less interested in performance and more interested in what holds up over time: how values turn into action, how culture is shaped through everyday choices, and how clarity often comes after we move, not before.
